Father’s Day Cruise
Father’s Day this year (June 20) will incorporate the essence of the day. The SSCC Father’s Day Cruise is being planned by and conducted by daughters and sons of our members. To get your offsprings involved, have them send an email to the link at the bottom of this page. It will be forwarded to the SSCC Father’s Day Cruise Committee. All members are invited to attend this event. If you would like it to be a Father/Daughter, Father/Son, Uncle/Nephew, Uncle/Niece, Husband/Wife or Solo cruise that is fine. What is important is that as a family club, out sons and daughters are planning the event.
Please join us this Father’s Day, Sunday, June 20, 2010 for a cruise to the Toad Hall Classic Sports Car Collection at The Simmons Homestead. It is located in Hyannis Port, MA. Toad Hall consists of an eclectic collection of over 50 sports cars. Many are English, all are RED. Click here to visit the Toad Hall web site.
Meeting times and places:
First meeting place: Rockland Park & Ride
(leave by 8:30 a.m. sharp)
Second meeting place: Plymouth, Exit 5 aka Totem Pole
(leave there by 9:45 a.m. sharp)
Our goal is to get to the museum by 10:30 a.m.
There is an entry charge of $ 8.00 per person
If you’re available to stay after touring the museum we will gather for lunch in the area.
