Run 2008, Sunday, April 13th was a great
successThe Tax Run on April 13th to beautiful Halifax, MA and the Monponsett Inn was a big success. Our tour guide, Russ Erikson planned a leisurely cruise. We had a great turnout with almost 20 cars. It seemed that everyone was ready to get the Vettes out. Fortunately, the weather held off and no rain for the cruise. The Monponsett has a elaborate Sunday brunch including an Omelet station. No one left hungry. Thanks to Russ and Judy for a great outing.

We asked and here is what you said. About two thirds of you filled out the questionnaire. As you can see, Cruise Night was the most popular activity that we sponsor. What this does tell us is that we have preferences but some of you like to do all the activities we listed. One of the important lessons from this is we can't expect every member to participate in every activity. And it also tells us that we need to have a variety of activities to cover all of our interests.

Mill Wharf Brunch was a delicious success.
We met on Sunday the 24th for a fabulous brunch. Our host, Carmen Carlucci Executive Chef of the Mill Wharf was on hand. We listened to great music played by a jazz trio and all made our way through the food stations numerous times. The selections were plentiful and as usual we all hit the desert station more than once.
