Mill Wharf BBQ Wrap-up
If
you missed it, you really missed it! If you were
lucky enough to attend, you had one of the best
BBQ meals ever. Our fellow member and esteemed
chef Carmine Carlucci prepared a mouth watering
Texas BBQ just for the SSCC. We ate privately at
the Mill Wharf where Carmine is Executive Chef.
Dinner consisted of chile, baked beans, BBQ
chicken, BBQ ribs, potatoes, and dessert. What a
meal! We had a huge turnout and all the tables
were buzzing with conversations between the
bites. All of us would like to thank Carmine for
a tasty and fun evening and a special thanks to
Joe Amante for organizing the event. More
