Information on joining the South Shore Corvette Club

Welcome as a prospective South Shore Corvette Club member!

As in any well-organized club, we have a complete set of by-laws governing our club structure in relation to membership qualifications, election of officers, etc. You can read the by-laws here

To become a member, you must be a minimum of 21 years of age and own a Corvette.

DUES

The following dues, as outlines in Article ii, Section ii of the by-laws, are applicable:

Annual dues shall be $60.00, payable in full by January 31st of each year. First year's dues only shall be $65.00, as $5.00 will be applied to the cost of the National Corvette Club brick in the name of the South Shore Corvette Club which is located at the Corvette Museum.

There are members in the club with knowledge in most aspects of Corvetting, including restoration, auto body, and mechanics. There are parts manuals and various catalogs available through membership, as well as a discount of parts from our sponsor, McLaughlin Chevrolet, and several auto supply stores.

The South Shore Corvette Club is a social club dedicated to having the most fun with or without Corvettes. We organize and participate in activities such as 'Show & Shine' car shows, pool parties, dinner parties, parades, Foxwoods runs, cookouts, weekend trips, shopping trips and driving cruises.

We welcome any potential member to join us at the Weymouth Elks, Couples Lounge, 1st Floor, 1197 Washington Street (Route 53), Weymouth, MA. Meetings are held on the last Thursday of the month (with the exception of November and December) and begin at 7:00 p.m. for the business meeting and a social gathering afterwards.
