on joining the South Shore Corvette Club
Welcome as a prospective South Shore Corvette Club member!
As in any well-organized club, we have a complete set of
by-laws governing our club structure in relation to
membership qualifications, election of officers, etc. You

To become a member, you must be a minimum of 21 years of
age and own a Corvette.
DUES
The following dues, as outlines in Article ii, Section ii
of the by-laws, are applicable:
Annual dues shall be $60.00, payable in full by January
31st of each year. First year's dues only shall be $65.00,
as $5.00 will be applied to the cost of the National
Corvette Club brick in the name of the South Shore Corvette
Club which is located at the Corvette Museum.
There are members in the club with knowledge in most
aspects of Corvetting, including restoration, auto body,
and mechanics. There are parts manuals and various catalogs
available through membership, as well as a discount of
parts from our sponsor, McLaughlin Chevrolet, and several
auto supply stores.
The South Shore Corvette Club is a social club dedicated to
having the most fun with or without Corvettes. We organize
and participate in activities such as 'Show & Shine'
car shows, pool parties, dinner parties, parades, Foxwoods
runs, cookouts, weekend trips, shopping trips and driving
cruises.
We welcome any potential member to join us at the Weymouth
Elks, Couples Lounge, 1st Floor, 1197 Washington Street
(Route 53), Weymouth, MA. Meetings are held on the last
Thursday of the month (with the exception of November and
December) and begin at 7:00 p.m. for the business meeting
and a social gathering afterwards. Check out our Monthly
