Our Mission
The South Shore Corvette Club (SSCC) is devoted to the
pleasures of the Corvette. The style, ride, sounds, and the
spectacle of driving one of the best sports cars built in
the world today.
Our History
The South Shore Corvette Club was founded back in 1962, by
a few individuals who owned Corvettes and wanted to meet
others who shared an interest in the cars.
Originally, the club primarily did car shows and that
continued to be the main focus, up until 1997. At that
time, the club stopped holding its own show, although we
have many members who participate in and support other
Corvette Club car shows throughout the New England area.

Today, the SSCC has grown to over 130
family members. While it is our shared love of
Corvettes that is the foundation for our club, it is
our members unique backgrounds, knowledge, and
enthusiasm, which makes our club so successful and
active.
You will now find us at our weekly Cruise Night during the
warmer months, in addition to many activities and events we
hold throughout the entire year for our members. We pride
ourselves on our charitable contributions throughout the
year to local agencies and causes, which would not be
possible without the active and caring membership of the
SSCC.
Come take a look around our site and if you're in the
neighborhood, come and visit. On Monday evenings, May thru
October, you can find us in Halifax at our weekly Cruise
Night. Or drop in at one of our monthly meetings. We love
to meet fellow 'Vette enthusiasts!
